Customer Accounts Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Accounts Advisor for a well established Housing Association based in South Devon. The position is full time (35 hours), Monday- Friday, and on a temporary contract basis. The position is due to commence ASAP. The rate of pay will be dependant on past experience.

Duties will include:
* Responsible for the collection of high level rent arrears including values of £500 and above
* Ensuring that appropriate procedures are installed for non-payment
* Contact tenants effectively regarding non-payment issues and negotiate repayment agreements
* Use of the “Northgate” Customer Accounts system
* Provide financial and benefit advice to customers
* Arrange for the service of notices, such as Notice seeking Possession, Notice to Quit etc
* Monitoring Court Orders
* Conducting Out-Bound calls
* Write and send standard letters
* Prepare court bundles
* Monitor customer accounts
