Credit Risk Analyst

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Credit Risk Analyst, West London, £55-60K + 20% Bonus + Bens. You should have a Credit Risk Analyst background with good SQL and ideally have worked in a credit risk environment. Any experience of collections strategy would be highly advantageous.

The role:

Reporting to the Collections Strategy Manager, you’ll support the continuing development and improvement of our collections strategy, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our analytics, MI and monitoring capabilities.

Your background:

• Are passionate about technology and social impact and want to help grow a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society.

• Have 2+ years’ experience in a data analytics function, preferably in a FCA regulated environment, ideally in a FinTech.

• Have experience building and tracking collections KPIs, including strategy performance indicators.

• Have strong technical database and analysis skills and are a power user of SQL and comfortable with Excel.

• Can present complex technical details, concepts, and information in an easy

to understand format.

• Have real enthusiasm to work in a fast growth start-up – you will thrive if you are a self-motivated, fast-paced, action oriented, “roll up your sleeves and get-things-done” sort of person who wants to work in a small team where everyone makes a difference.

• Degree educated, preferably in a mathematical or computer science related subject.

This Credit Risk Analyst role is a hybrid position based in West London and pays c£55-60K base + 20% Bonus, 25 days holiday + 1 extra on your Birthday, annual personal development budget.
