Credit Collections Officer

We are recruiting on behalf of our highly reputable, market leading client based in Crewe for a Credit Collections Officer.

This is full time permanent position starting ASAP working on a two shift rotational basis Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm/9am/5.30pm.

As Credit Collections Officer you will be responsible for your own portfolio of accounts as well as defaulted accounts via inbound and outbound calling.

You will work with accounts with arrears ranging from 1 – 60 day as well as:

– Management of cheque ledgers
– Collections of returned direct debit payments
– You will be the initial contact with customers when payments are returned, securing an alternative payment
– Making decisions with regards to stopping accounts and re-evaluating accounts for release

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in Credit Control as well as, Strong IT skills and experience of using excel.
