Customer Collections Advisor

Central Employment are working in partnership with a global financial services brand based in North Tyneside. We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Collections Advisor on a permanent basis. Applicants must be flexible to work Mon-Fri 0900-1700, Saturday 1000-1500 & Sunday 1000-1500.

As a Customer Collections Advisor, you will be assisting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties and providing relevant options and guidance. You will be joining a supportive team where you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls.

To succeed in the role you should have:

Proven experience of working within an Customer Service role
Excellent communication and listening skills together with a friendly, empathetic and resilient nature
High quality standards with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Good numeracy and literacy skills
PC literate
