My client is looking for an experienced Collections Advisors to join their team, primarily to communicate with customers in arrears, assist with arranging payments and representing the company in a friendly but professional manner. They are looking for someone who has an excellent work ethic with the ability to be able to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels.
The Role responsibilities
* To make calls to customers that are in arrears to discuss getting them back on track
* Set appropriate, sustainable and compliant repayment arrangements
* To address failed arrangements in an appropriate and timely manner
* Address customer’s change of circumstances
* Adhere to KPI’s set by the business
* To meet individual and contribute to team targets
Essential Requirements for the Role
* Must have previous collections experience ideally within a regulated environment
* The ability to build rapport
* Have empathy and compassion
* Can take a payment over the phone
* IT literate with experience of using Word, Excel and experience using Salesforce is a huge advantage
* Good written, numeracy and oral communication skills plus good attention to detail.
