We are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager to provide full assistance at senior level to the Head of Corporate Finance, and other senior members of the practice on corporate finance cases. This role will support the full range of lead advisory and transaction support work and provide assistance in bringing in new work and developing and promoting the corporate finance division. This role is ideally suited to an experienced person who will develop and grow with corporate finance opportunities.
The person fulfilling this role will be involved in a variety of tasks which call for drive, accuracy and precision. The incumbent should have a need to achieve results in a logical manner, whilst at the same time maintaining quality and ensuring standards are met. The job calls for an analytical person who is capable of communicating facts and information to others.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Finance
To prepare business plans, information memos, and financial forecasts on clients
To undertake due diligence investigations and prepare due diligence reports
To assist Head of Corporate Finance in managing client portfolios particularly with key clients and assisting with the control and management of work in progress
To prepare reports on structuring corporate finance transactions taking into consideration commercial and tax considerations
To assist the Head of Corporate Finance in acting as lead advisor on acquisition, disposals and Management Buy Out/In transactions
Administration Support
Assisting with corporate finance marketing events as well as general marketing and promotion of the corporate finance services offered
Production of fee notes on corporate finance cases
The management of the library and database

Research of products
Development of procedures, standard documents
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and good practices are adhered to
Attend training as and when required
Other duties as requested from time to time and as appropriate to the role and responsibilities
