Car Sales /Motor Sales /Automotive Sales Executive/ New Car Sales with Main Dealership experience essential. Our client is looking for a highly experienced self motivated Sales individual with excellent administration skills to join their team of Sales Professionals working office hours Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm with hours lunch. Our client is looking for someone with at least a years Sales experience in a Main Dealer or Leasing Company.
The purpose of the role is to support the achievement of the Corporate Sales business plan by maximising sales of new vehicles to new and existing customers via telephone and email. To be the main contact for certain customers, dealing with all operational matters, from receiving initial enquiries through to vehicle deliveries, in line with department procedures.
Receiving enquiries from new and existing customers and dealing with them in accordance with customer service level agreements
Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests
Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunity
Provide quotations for vehicles, taking into account the agreed customer terms
Converting enquiries into orders and processing them
Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements
Act as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented.
Prepare general correspondence, mail shots and reports as requested.
Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
