Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to lead site teams to simultaneously deliver multiple new build residential schemes in the Northamptonshire area, managing no more than 4 sites at a time to ensure quality, and health and safety is at the highest level. 

Projects are around 140 units, new build housebuilding schemes, with build type focusing on traditional build construction.

Each site will have its own No.1 running the job and site team, and as Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the build programme and progress along with working alongside the commercial and technical teams to ensure the schemes are delivered on spec, programme and budget.

This is an excellent opportunity with great earning potential and ideal progression routes for the successful Contracts Manager to be promoted within time in the business.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Contracts Manager with a track record in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, whilst overseeing subcontractors along with health and safety on the project.

Experience working for a residential developer is preferential.
