Freelance Site Manager required to start Monday 16th August in Gateshead overseeing social housing refurbishments, working in void properties. Work in Gateshead due to complete in 2 months but the client can offer on going work for the right candidate.

Experience Required
Essential qualifications are: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Remuneration
£30 per hour – paid via umbrella/PAYE or CIS
