Construction Site Manager – Residential New Build

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Our client is a prestigious Residential Developer who produce a stunning and diverse selection of exclusive schemes along the South East and in and around the London. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a Kent scheme – TN11.

The successful applicant will manage the development of the site through to completion ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved through the effective management of the Site Team and Sub-Contractors. You’ll have solid experience of working on sizable residential schemes, ideally at the high end of the market, coupled with a stable career background. You’ll hold a CSCS Card at management level and valid SMSTS and First Aid at Work certificates.
