Site / Project Manager – Residential Groundworks

Salary: £20.4 – £21.6 per hour

Residential Groundworks Site Manager – Tunbridge Wells

Residential Groundworks Site Manager required to take ownership of a new residential groundworks subcontract package at our Project in Kent.

Ideally you will have worked as a Manager with other leading groundworks subcontractors and will have a proven track record in delivering various groundworks packages from initial set up through to full completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID

Skills/Experience:

• Proven track record as a Groundworks Site Manager whilst working as a subcontractor
• Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties.
• Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
• An excellent communicator
• Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
