Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager
I am currently working with a great small, but growing niche practice based in Mayfair who are looking for a senior level Project Manager / Building Surveyor to join the team.
They are currently a team of 8 with 2 x Directors solely focusing on the high end residential market. Projects will include anything from renovating mews houses in Mayfair and Holland Park to large country estates.
They are looking for someone who is keen to come into the high end residential market, is enthusiastic about the quality of projects and wanting to progress up the ladder with the growing company. Ideally you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor turned Project Manager with 7/8 years experience mananging projects independently. These professional accreditation are advantagoues, but not essential if you have good experience within the sector.
Experience in managing design teams & clients, high end residential projects up to £15 Mill, JCT contracts, listed / historic buildings are advantageous.
Salary is dependent on skills and experience but as a guide we are looking circa £72,000 – £90,000 + Pension + Bonus. Also have the option of flexible working.
