Conference Sales Advisor

IP Exec are currently looking to recruit a Conference Co-ordinator to join our Conference Sales team. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure all conference inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner and converted into definite pieces of business. With the support of your Conference Manager, you’ll work on driving conversion rates, through your confident sales and negotiation skills and excellent customer care skills.

Requirements: You must be able to demonstrate that you can multi task effectively, be enthusiastic and positive in your nature, have an excellent telephone manner and be immaculately presented. Previous experience within a similar position, ideally at 3 or 4* hotel standard is required. Please do not apply without this. Experience of working on the Delphi booking system would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
