Field Sales / Trainee Business Development Manager

Most of our new business is generated through a very successful direct marketing & sales approach (business to business via Telesales and Face to Face sales). We have a fantastic opportunity for 12 Trainee Business Development Managers to cover territories around the U.K. (Typically 25 mile radius of your home)

You will be trained in:-
– direct marketing, which involves making appointments face to face.
– how to collate & utilise data.
– how to sell at the highest level.
– how to manage & motivate yourself.
– how to manage & work your territory.
– how to run a very profitable operation.

Previous experience in either direct marketing (telesales / face2face sales), business development, running a business or training & development essential. Car & mobile phone required.

Full time (40 hrs) – £1500 / Month + Uncapped Commission – O.T.E. £60K PA
Part time (20 hrs) – £800 / Month + Uncapped Commission – O.T.E. £30K PA
