Head of Internal Sales

Salary: £54,000 per year

Our South Cheshire client is undergoing a period of exciting expansion due to consistent sales growth and is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Internal Sales to join their team in Crewe.

UP TO £45K DOE PLUS COMMISSION

THE ROLE

* Managing a team of internal sales executives to achieve daily targets and KPI’s

* Monitoring team performance to ensure that excellent levels of client care are achieved at all times and that upselling of services is maximised to its full potential

* Driving excellence and ensuring that any areas for staff development are addressed

* Dealing with escalated customer issues and ensuring successful resolution

* Carrying out staff appraisals

* Recruitment of new staff due to continued company expansion

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who can provide influence and drive the business forward and has the following:

* Previous experience of leading a team of internal sales staff

* A strong record of maximising sales to an existing client base

* Strong leadership and performance management skills

* Target focused and commercially aware

* A good level of IT literacy
