Job Summary
We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to build new and grow existing business with key accounts. As Area Sales Manager you will have a background in field sales and be adept at managing your own time, meeting customers face to face and be a confident seller. You will ideally come from an off-highway machinery/ancillary system background and have a good knowledge and understanding of this sector.
Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
You will target end users & support machinery dealers utilising our CRM system and co-ordinate activity with the internal sales team. You will be responsible for securing enquiries, conversion to orders and developing existing accounts on your territory. You be accountable for the overall performance and the increase of turnover in your respective area.
Sales Manager Desirable Skills
* 3+ years of experience within the off-highway machinery sector
* Experience in selling similar products i.e., electronic ancillary systems
* Ability to work independently and to meet goals is required
* Proven track record of increasing revenue
Behavioural Skills
* You have good experience and feel comfortable building relationships throughout organizations
* Entrepreneurial mind-set
* Self-starter and highly motivated to take up challenging tasks
* Superior level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility
