Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager –  Lincolnshire
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading construction main contractor on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Manager, you will undertake all commercial aspects, take responsibility and be accountable of a large contract or multiple smaller value contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
• Start Up of New Projects
• Procurement
• Applications for Payment and Invoicing
• Cost Control
• Accounting and Reporting
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Subcontract Administration
• Manage the close out of projects

Skills:

• Experience as commercial lead on projects turning over in excess of £10m/annum
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional Institution Membership – preferred working to or achieved MRICS
• CSCS
• Relevant driving licence
