Our client is a successful construction management consultancy / property development business with some exciting projects in the pipeline. They are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to expand their team.
Our client works with medium sized investors and developers, packaging up all the works on a project from cradle to grave, from design, procurement, to construction and handover. They look to self-deliver as much of their own work as possible.
As Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and Joint MD on a day-to-day basis. You will be working on a challenging and exciting £40m residential project in Manchester.
The Ideal Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Experience in managing residential / mixed used schemes from conception to completion in the role of Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience managing a team
- Degree in relevant field of construction / quantity surveying
- Previous commercial management experience with a main contractor on residential schemes
