Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Commercial Finance Business Partner – West Yorkshire – £45,000 – £50,000 & Hybrid Working

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a UK leading business in its field to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner into their team for a newly created position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and dynamic business who are seeking an individual who will help increase commercial awareness and drive strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Commercial Finance Manager, this role with partner operations and commercial functions as well as the wider business.
Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Optimise MI reporting, identifying gaps and developing new KPIs where appropriate
• Providing robust and in-depth analysis of commercial performance
• Providing insights and reporting on categories & specific area performance
• Refine and present financial information relevant to stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Highlighting areas of risk to the business and giving recommendations to promote future business
• Financial modelling for new bids and tenders, working closely with the commercial team
• Support review of the month end reporting packs, ensuring they are prepared in a timely manner and that variances are understood
• Deputise for the Commercial Finance Manager and support with overseeing the team of commercial analysts
• Various ad-hoc project work, including involvement in the implementation of a new data warehouse to developing reporting potential

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong commercial finance experience
• Experienced in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Strong analytically including Excel skills and knowledge of analytics software
• A natural communicator comfortable speaking with non-finance managers
• Able to challenge and influence
