Salary: £50,400 – £60,000 per year
We are currently working with an education and training provider who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on an 18 month FTC to help with a change programme.
The role is full time (37 hours), with flexible and hybrid working on offer and occasional travel to sites in Manchester.
Daily duties include:
* Acting as the HR representative on a change programme – an opening of a brand new city centre campus
* Working closely with the CEO and Executive leadership team, providing updated from a HR perspective
* Identifying changes in working patterns and the re-allocation of staff following site closure
* Coordinating and arranging redundancy consultations
* Providing coaching and guidance to line managers on change programmes
* Liaising with Trade Unions – Unison & Unite
* Partnering with other HR BPs in relation to any other HR projects as required
Experience required:
* Knowledge of change management programmes
* Working with executive leadership teams
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Project management
* Change management
* Stakeholder management
