HR Business Partner

Salary: £152.4 – £156 per day

We are currently working with a Welsh based University who are looking to recruit for a People Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The role is a full time position (36.5 hours) with an immediate start date.
A fluent Welsh speaker is required for this role.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Working in partnership with an allocated business area, providing professional HR and OD services to drive performance improvement
* Developing HR strategies and implementing business and workforce initiatives to support service plans and objectives
* Accountable for providing operational support to managers on complex ER issues
* Contributing to wider HR projects as directed by your line manager
* Ensuring compliance at all times with HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and legislative requirements
* Advising line managers on attraction, recruitment, selection, reward and recognition issues
* Drafting and delivering reports to the Director of HR & OD to be presented at Executive Committee meetings
* Participating in both formal and informal meetings with trade union representatives in relations to casework and policy development
* Work with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to deliver the aims of the Strategic Equality Plan
