CHP Field Service Engineer – Somerset
Rolf Berryman Engineering working with one of the worlds most innovative Combined Heat and Power Generation companies and due to their expansion we have an opportunity based from home for a Field Service Engineer.
You will be:
Travelling daily to customer sites servicing and maintaining CHP (Combined Heat and Power) units
Providing client satisfaction and outstanding customer service at all times.
Responsible for around 20 CHP units, you will respond to breakdowns and service calls, maintaining and repairing any faulty units.
Ideally located within the South West area, you will be servicing CHP units along the M5 in and around the Bridgwater, Taunton, Burnham on sea and GLastonbury areas.
Educated to a minimum of HNC/ONC or equivalent, in an Engineering subject, you will:
Possess mechanical engineering skills
Prior experience in the servicing or maintenance of CHP power supply equipment
Ideally experienced on CAT, Cummins, Jenbacher, MTU, Perkins or MERC gas engines, CHP sets, and generators.
