About the role
You will be a Case Handler for investment complaints responsible for investigating, assessing and reaching a conclusion on each case, in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements. You will also provide support to colleagues, which may include training/mentoring other team members and checking/providing feedback on their work.
About you
First and foremost it is essential you have investment complaints/sales review experience with some working knowledge of investment products, eg. Bonds, Structured Products, ISAs and SIPPs. In addition, you will have a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent experience. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a high standard of numeracy.
