Salary: £26,000 per year
Case Handlers – fixed-term contract
Leeds – £18,000 (7am – 3pm) or £20,700 (3pm – 11pm)

The role
The role will involve investigating policy sales and to assess whether it was a suitable product for each individual case. You will be required to provide a high standard of customer service on individual cases, in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.
