Caretaker / Handyman

We are currently looking for two Caretakers / Handymen for a temporary role in the Gateshead area. This will initially be for 2 months but could be extended,

This is a mobile role covering various sites across the borough including schools,

Day to day responsibilities will include:

* Carry out minor repairs and handy person duties.
* Undertake a range of routine security tasks and checks e.g. gates, barriers, alarms, CCTV, shutters, locks etc.
* Record or report inspections, checks, faults or breakdown of plant, equipment or infrastructure.
* Carry out site specific and designated area cleaning of buildings and their related environments as necessary

Applicants must be able to start immediately and must have a current UK driving license,

This will be to work Monday – Friday, with shift patterns being either 6 am – 2 pm OR 2 pm – 10 pm
