Self Employed Mobile Handyman / Caretaker

Multi skilled caretaker/handyman required for a mobile role covering between birmingham and Newcastle.

The role will involve general maintenance of office buildings, estate agents offices and Solicitores offices From Birmingham northwards.

Basic hours are 45 per year for a basic salary of £33,600 – £36,000overtime available for call outs and situation where you are required to work extended hours.

The position will required the ability to deal with either electrical or mechanical (plumbing) servcing and maintenance to a qualified level and a basic level with the other.

General duties will include;

Repairing plumbing problems
Reparing Electrical Problems
fixing creaking doors
Changing light bulbs
Re-sticking down carpet where the corner has come up
Gutter cleaning
Ect

All General Office based maintenance.

The Job will require you to stay away occasionally, for this you will need to book reasonable priced accomodation and claim back on expenses. Expenses paid weekly.

Things covered by expense are;

Fuel
Vehicical maintenance
Consumables required (paint, grease, tools)
Hotel/B&B fee (within reason)
Ect

This role will be a self employed role so either a UTR number or limited company are required, I am able to offer help and advice on getting either.
