Salary: £26,000 per year
We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Handler for our client in Surrey. Our client is a successful company specialising in social housing and maintenance.
The successful Call Handler will have previous experience working within a call centre. Experience in working within in social housing sector is preferable but not essential.
This is an extremely busy role that requires someone with a fast-working pace who can remain calm under pressure.
The primary duties include:
-Dealing with all incoming and outgoing calls
-Scheduling all emergencies
-Ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction and on target
-Handling complaints and queries
-Logging repairs and maintenance issues
-Maintaining general filing system
