Call Handler

We are looking for experienced Customer Service staff to work on a shift basis pattern. The call centre shifts will be between the hours of 6am-11pm 7 days a week. You will be required to do 8 hour shifts usually up to 4-5 shifts per week. These shifts will likely to be over the weekend.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and able to deal with distressed calls, due to the nature of the business you must be fast thinking and empathetic towards peoples situations. You must also have good general IT skills and be happy to do a DBS if you to not already have one. Flexibility is a must!
