Company Information

My client is an award winning manufacturer in a specialist and growing market that supply to a range of different industries including Automotive, Plastics, Food and Drink, Steel and Pharmaceutical. After securing further orders my client is looking to appoint a new candidate to work within the PCB and RF department on a Monday to Thursday 1:45pm-10pm shift and Friday 2:45pm-8:45pm.

You must have the following:

* Must have real Attention to detail and be dexterous. You will be working with small components so precision and accurate work is a necessity

* Must be a fast learner and be able to follow set procedures and build types

* Must have had some cable assembly or soldering experience

* Must be happy to work on a permanent afternoon shift basis

Role:

The role will be reading from electrical drawings and carrying out cable assembly for the company’s new products. The candidate must be familiar with ribbon cables, multi-strand cables and d-type connectors. It is essential that the candidates have had past experience of soldering and crimping and cable assembly.

You will also be doing Mechanical assembly using small hand tools building up the sub assembly, but training will be given on this.
