Business Development / Operations Executive

We have a brand new opportunity for a Business Development/Operations Executive to join an expanding organisation, at a really exciting time, based in Epson but with a national remit. This role requires an experienced professional who can really make a difference to this organisation, and is ambitious to grow with them.

Pivotal to the running of the organisation, you will ensure the smooth delivery of service to the client base, the development and growth of the client base and be key to communication throughout the organisation. It will be your responsibility to ensure that processes are streamlined within the organisation in order to offer the best experience for your clients, both new and existing. You will be committed to high service levels and first class service.

A natural influencer, you will liaise with senior management, building relationships and presenting to various audiences confidently and effectively. You will develop prospective relationships and nurture existing ones. You will be comfortable approaching prospective clients, and be responsible for developing brand new business relationships from start to finish ensuring the highest quality of service throughout.

Experienced in CRM databases, you will be comfortable producing Management Information and data reports, ensuring that this is at all times up to date and used correctly. You will monitor the CRM ensuring billing is in line with expectations and ensure that this is communicated effectively.

You will have outstanding presentation and communication skills with a solution driven approach. You will have the ability to think productively around business development and how you can bring something new to this organisation. Alongside your team you will deliver targets in line with specific development plans.

This isn’t a 9.00am – 5.00pm situation, so commitment and passion and a love of knowing you make a difference is going to be vital to your success in this role. Ideally with experience of public sector organisations, you will have the ability to engage and understand your clients to increase and develop opportunities.

This role is office based, with extensive regional travel, which means a full driving license and your own transport will be necessary.
