Business Development Executive

Elevation Sales & Marketing are currently recruiting a Business Development Executive.

With an office situated in South Leeds our client operates within the Business Services industry reporting directly to the Business Development Manager the duties of the position to include:-

*Calling targeted customers with a view to identifying opportunities for additional sales
*Cold calling commercial clients, schools and other suited businesses
*Sourcing new business leads via own methods of research
*Up-selling of existing account base where possible
*Identifying cross sell opportunities within the business, booking appointments and meetings where appropriate
*Transferring qualified leads to field based staff with information including a breakdown of customer needs
*Ensure that the internal database is maintained throughout and all business development activity logged

Elevation Sales & Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Have a demonstrable track record of performance and commitment as well as being able to deliver business value to the sales operation
*You will be resilient in your approach to sales, confident and have a bubbly attitude
*Be target driven with a genuine hunger to succeed
*Time management and strong organisational skills are essential
*Able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
