Business Development Manager (Professional Salons)
Location: Homebased
Salary: 45K – 50K + car, bonus and excellent benefits

Our client is actively looking to recruit a self motivated and tenacious Business Development Manager for a new created role.
As the Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Developing sales strategies targeting professional hair salons
• Conducting regular market analysis on gathered data on competitor brands and consumer trends
• Identifying and developing new opportunities and channels in order to extend the reach of our clients products (hair colour and appliances)
• Creating, presenting and submitting business proposals
• Account Management – Maintaining strong ongoing client relationships
• Maintain excellent knowledge of haircare products
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions
• Keep up to date on relevant admin and reports
To be considered for this Business Development Manager role you must:
• Have successful track record in selling hair products into professional salons
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Well organised
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Clean driving licence
