My client has carved out a niche business providing remanufactured and refurbished capital equipment and solutions used extensively in the feed mill, biomass and agricultural engineering sector.

They are now re-positioning their traditional business and are moving into providing project engineered, turnkey process solutions; are you the professional and ambitious individual who is capable of leading the change process?

Ideally we are looking for someone who will have come up through a technical route like project engineering in the material, bulk or mechanical handling sector and have already been involved in the operations of a small company that is expanding and growing. A background of sales management, business development and negotiating contracts is of real interest to us.

The Company employs 10 people. Essentially your role will be to inspire and provide inspirational leadership harnessing the potential from the team. Individually we want you to be capable of identifying and developing new and existing markets eventually taking full responsibility for the profit and loss of the business.

Personality-wise we are looking for a frustrated entrepreneur who is now ready to tie their future to their ability and flair? Where the business ends up will be totally attributed to this role; can you handle that level of responsibility?
