Salary: £36,000 per year

Business Development Manager – Mansfield – £30,000 OTE £45,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their friendly team to support in the enrolment of new members for their organisation. This opportunity is rare and will suit someone who experience in a similar position who has a great way of dealing with sales in this very special sector.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Develop relationships with decision-makers at new and/or existing members
• Contact potential members and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Communicate regularly with members in order to offer them proper support and help them find solutions to promote and strengthen their business
• Support efforts and/or gain member agreement for press releases, use of references, etc.
• Preparing reports for directors
• Contacting warm leads over the phone
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Prompt response to emails and sales calls, with a pro-active approach.
• Responsible for driving sales growth to all regions and across by close contact with members
• Use market knowledge to anticipate change and help the business to adapt and seize opportunities
• Carry out member visits and develop account plans
• Build strong relationships with members in the target market sectors to sell and develop the Company’s offering
• Develop new business opportunities through research, meetings and appropriate marketing activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• selling a service
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, MS Word and Outlook
• Experience using Social Media platforms
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
