Business Development

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per year

Experience in lead generation and sales opportunity development for software companies is sought by a successful, fast growing software solutions provider. You will run campaigns to attract new prospects, follow up on outbound email and video marketing, develop conversations with attendees on seminars and workshops all with the aim of generating, qualifying and developing leads from medium to large organisations across varied sectors. You will pass these leads to field sales executives for futher qualification and development. The company provides high value HR and Payroll software solutions and experience in selling these solutions is an advantage but not essential. Home based role though you could work from the Bristol office if you prefer. Rewards based on experience and bonus based on meetings booked and resulting sales.

You must have:

* experience in sales of business software solutions, either in a lead generation roles, internal sales or field sales

* willingness and expertise to generate and develop leads by a variety of methods, including campaigns and cold calling from targetted databases

* excellent communication skills, able to hold consultative conversations with senior decision makers in medium sized or large corporations and public sector organisations

* drive and motivation to achieve targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue achievement

* track record of achievement in a similar role

Ideally you will have:

* familiarity with HR and / or Payroll software solutions though this is not essential.

Work from home as part of a small and collaborative team, or from the Bristol office if you prefer.
