Building Manager

Are you free straight away for temporary work?

We are actively looking for a front of house Building Manager for a Property management Company in Altrincham Town Centre.

We require temporary cover on the 10th and 11th October 2013. Thereafter, there will be further dates that require cover in October and November.

Pay rate £9 per hour.

About The Role:

• Acting as ambassador to the building

• Greeting and assisting guests efficiently

• Signing visitors in and out of the building

• Reporting any repairs or maintenance to the relevant contractors

• Working 7.00am – 5.00pm

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in similar role is essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive attitude

• Enthusiastic

About The Benefits:

The role is paying an hourly rate of £9 per hour.
