Salary: £46,800 – £54,000 per year
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Building & Community Manager to be a part of a new, developing multi-tenanted site in Edinburgh.
As the founding member of the site team, this role will contribute to something exciting and different that will provide many opportunities to learn and grow while working for a global leader in real estate services. Key areas of responsibilities include: –
* Delivering exceptional experiences/service for occupiers and visitors
* inspiring passion for the community experience while ensuring a legally compliant, safe and sustainable environment
* Contract management/delivery across all areas
* Growing opportunities & relationships with prospective occupiers, suppliers, clients, residents & suppliers
* Ensuring full site compliance in all areas
* Growing a cultural destination to live, work & play
* Being an ambassador for the brand and reputation of the site
We are looking for exceptional candidates, who may come from the hospitality/leisure sector but will hold an awareness of what it takes to successfully run a building or network of spaces.
Candidates will ideally be based in Edinburgh & hold a real passion for driving high standards & success across all areas.
