Marketing Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for an on-line specialist Marketing Manager to join a dual branded organisation in the luxury beauty and prestige event sectors. This will be a high profile role that requires a skilled professional to transform 2 high profile brands websites and drive all digital marketing activity forward.

The Company
A luxury beauty brand that hosts a world renowned prestige event. With their head office in Windsor this is a highly successful organisation that is looking to increase its market share even further by transforming their digital presence.

The Role
To lead all marketing activity for 2 prestige brands with the focus to be their on-line image, performance and presence.
Responsibilities
* To project manage the redevelopment and redesign of 2 websites
* To deliver an outstanding on-line sales experience for the consumer coupled with a portal to support salon sales
* Shape and deliver the on-line marketing strategy for each brand
* Implement a new CRM system for both brands and ensure that this is managed and maintained to ensure maximum activity and exposure
* Design and manage all client and exhibitor communication for their prestige annual event
* To be the face of the brand at their annual event and any promotional activity
* To engage with and manage the relationships with agencies and support suppliers
* Drive all marketing activity ensuring that all content meets brand guidelines
* Manage and mentor a graduate marketing executive
* To work with directors to forecast budgets, investment and marketing ROI
* Monitor and report on all marketing activity for each brand and ROI
* To increase revenue through the increase of on-line sales activity and brand awareness
* Give analysis and on-going optimisation of all marketing channels.

The Candidate
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have strong experience in an on-line marketing role for a luxury brand. You will have a strong understanding of web design and web performance indicators as well as PPC, SEO, social media and Google Analytics. You will have a passion for ensuring that the CRM system is managed to its maximum potential.
You will have project management experience and a demonstrable track record in On-line improvement and success.
You will have outstanding communication skills and be results driven. You will be able to liaise at all levels and have the gravitas to negotiate with the heads of luxury brands and high profile clients. Most importantly, you will be passionate about your brand.
