Marketing Manager

Our client are looking for a Marketing Manager who can come on board to lead and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. You will report to the MD and provide leadership within the marketing team.

The Role:

* Devise and optimise marketing campaigns and CRM programme that generate new leads, drives sales
* Acquire and segment B2B data to support the sales team’s objectives
* Take responsibility for day-to-day management and delivery of marketing activity
* Liaise with the team to ensure requirements are understood and plans communicated
* Communicate marketing strategy and month to month plans to the managers
* Report on marketing performance and effectiveness through KPIs agreed with the MD, reviewing tactics, impact and ROI on an ongoing basis with the aim of continuous improvement
* Manage marketing budget and ongoing forecasting
* Support the marketing objectives and initiatives of the rest of the network where required
* Maintain a backlog of ideas and recommendations for the product team that will help improve new business acquisition and retention

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Marketing Manager. You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing and media. The ability to budget and forecast is a must, as well as being able to communicate at all levels.
