Salary: £26,000 per year
A regional contractor based on the South Coast are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Director on new-build and refurbishment projects across all major build sectors.
Based near Brighton,, this contractor work on landmark projects across the South, generally valued up to £10m, and are looking for new Commercial staff to work in their new offices, as part of their rapid expansion.
If you are successful in your application, as Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a small team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique projects across the South of England.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contractor, with a residential background, and have prior experience in a Assistant Quantity Surveyor role.
Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position:
* Experience working for as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
* You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
