Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
In a Nutshell…
We are currently looking for an ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join an amazing company based in London (SW18), they specialize in landscapes and gardens for private residences and commercial developments all over the world. Furthermore, they also have a construction division that works alongside industry-established and sought-after designers to construct some of the most beautiful gardens, landscapes, and other outdoor areas.

What we need from you…
-Degree-qualified or equivalent or related construction subject, but with appropriate industry experience and knowledge
-Good time management – ability to prioritise and multi-task; punctuality; working efficiently and with a good idea of how long each task takes to complete
-Quick to learn and technically able
-Good commercial awareness and understanding of the construction process
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong organisation skills
-Problem solver – ability to identify and resolve issues with speed
-Confidentiality – able to maintain the confidentiality of the company, our clients and business associates
-Relationship-building – effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation
-Teamwork – demonstrates a commitment to teamwork and cooperation, creating value for both self and others. Focuses on the overall objectives of the team to continuously improve.
