Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks

Our client specialise in infrastructure, groundworks and associated building services projects and operate nationally throughout the UK. They have an enviable client list with a number of blue chip clients and project values range from £10k to £10m. They have an excellent reputation for their investment in training and development programmes for their employees and actively encourage progression from within.

Due to the continued uplift in orders they are now seeking to recruit two highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join their teams in Birmingham and Northampton areas. You will be joining an experienced commercial team and develop your skills and knowledge within quantity surveying. This will be predominately office based with some site visits when needed.

You will:-

• Have a relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have first class communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Be IT Literate
• Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance of either Birmingham or Northampton
• Have a stable work history

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate QS or a 2nd jobber looking to join a contractor that offers further training and career development opportunities.
