My Client, a privately owned residential developer is seeking to hire a QS with residential developer experience to join their growing team. Based in the head office this business is seeking an experienced QS with a minimum of 3 years experience who is competent in running 1-2 projects across the South of England.
Due to the bushiness’ expansion plans there will be a requirement to visit sites along the M4 corridor as well as in the current southern region that covers Surrey, Sussex & Kent.
This position will report into the commercial director whilst working closely with the rest of the commercial team.
This job is open to either a temp to perm opportunity for somebody who is immediately available or a direct employed position should you be leaving a Permanent position for this role.
