Assistant Accountant

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

We seek to recruit an Assistant Accountant for a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Sheffield.

The role is a 3 month office based contract role. Reporting to the Accountant, the role involves the following:

• Reconciling Sales Invoices to Sales Orders and Despatch Notes
• Producing Sales Invoices
• Checking prices against quotations
• Maintaining the price list files
• Housekeeping of data on the accounts system
• Liaising with the sales team for pricing information and quotes
• Assisting the Accountant

Candidates should possess good knowledge of Excel, be accurate with good attention to detail. The role would suit a candidate who has bookkeeping and ledger experience.

The salary is £30,000 – £33,600per annum (dependent on experience). There is free of charge on-site car parking available.
