The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Asset Management Analyst in Camden.

Salary:ย ยฃ30,000 – ยฃ35,000 per annum
Location:ย  Mostly remote, with occasional days in our Camden office, subject to business needs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining One Housingโ€™s asset management database to ensure data is robust andย accurate.
  • Assisting with working across teams and departments to ensure that all compliance data and systems align, striving for continual improvement in data accuracy.
  • Interrogating data, understanding, and mapping workflows to analyse, manipulate and interpret data using clear, informative, and concise reports.
  • Ensuring quality and integrity of data in the specified format for import into core systems
  • Supporting with maintenance planning to create, 1, 3 and 5 year planned maintenance programmes to replace internal and externalย components.
  • Providing support and guidance for the Property Services Compliance teams to ensure robust data input for KPI reporting.
  • Providing training and guidance including preparation and maintenance of training materials.

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and isย friendly and positive.

The successful candidate will:

  • Good numerical and analytical skills in order to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Experience of maintaining large datasets and performing analysis
  • A good understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS, and Energy (RDSAP)
  • Knowledge of housing management or asset management systems (Keystone or similar)
  • Expert Excel skills, with an analytical and methodical approach
  • Good project management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to enter data accurately and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
