We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated individual to work in our Account Management Support function.

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience working in customer services or data analysis/administration. Our successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and will have experience of producing professional reports and documents, adhering to tight deadlines.

Using cloud-based technology and industry expertise we act as an independent partner, providing validated data and insightful analytics to enable buyers across a sector to identify and manage risk and suppliers to increase market reach while increasing compliance and minimising costs for the network as a whole.

What will I be doing?

The primary focus is to provide technical sales support to the Automotive Account Management Team including supporting sales campaigns and running analysis on data for written and verbal presentation to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • To compile a variety of professional customer reports to support the sales and account management teams, as well as internal KPI and other management reports.
  • To support customer queries and portal administration as well as manage the buyer invoicing process.
  • To analyse and present quantitative and qualitative data for internal and customer use.
  • To provide support for customers and customer meetings including presentations, documents and general administration.
  • To manage technical delivery of customer communication campaigns including letter and email mail merges.
  • Be an integral part of the Automotive Team working closely with the team and other departments to contribute positively to the development of the operation and ensure delivery of the overall revenue targets.
  • To communicate effectively to the team and colleagues in other parts of the business.
  • To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.

Essential skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to deliver professional documents and presentations
  • High attention to detail

Knowledge and previous experience

  • Producing high quality verbal and written communication, including presentations and proposals for clients
  • Analysing relatively complex data and reporting key results and findings
  • Design and development of Excel spreadsheets and Word reports
  • Working in a pressured environment and managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines
  • Experience of customer presentations beneficial but not essential
