Assembly Operative – Oven Operations

Based in Spennymoor, County Durham

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Shift Pattern: 2 shift rotation of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm

The Roile:

* Follow the procedure for the oven logistic movement. (Refer to off-line operation instructions)

* Ensure the inside of the oven is organised.

* Arrange for all parts to be packed off from trolleys into the correct packaging.

* Organise and control all procedures within the areas.

* Control the quality of the parts packed off from the oven area and report to your supervisor any non- conforming parts.

* Complete a trolley check each week.

* To ensure that all stock in the lanes are rotated.

* Refer to CQS to make sure the correct Secondary Op is being applied

* To re-pack any parts as and when required.

* Complete any work requested by your Team Leader

* Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE

* Scrap – Ensure you record all scrap correctly on the oven/ Secondary ops scrap sheet.

* Housekeeping – All areas with which you work in must be cleaned every shift.
