Assembly Operatives Urgently required for a leading manufacturing company based in Windsor. We are looking for experienced assembly operatives to work within a niche business so require people with and eye for details and background within small parts Assembly/ production.

This is a permanent role to work for a specialist manufacturer of specific high end products. On offer is the opportunity to work for a business that believes in its people and invests in the staff! Far from hire and fire my customer are hot on training, support, multi skilling and enhancing the workforce skill level.

Soldering Operatives may carry out tasks such as;

• Mechanical Assembly
• Drilling, Tapping, Glueing
• use of microscopes and oscilliscopes
• Wiring racks or internal units
• Mechanical assembly of parts, kit & components
• Following detailed assembly specifications, written instructions and engineering diagrams
