Assembly Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

XCL Group have a new opportunity to join a growing company based in the Crosshills area of Keighley. The role will be for an assembly operative and they will be a key part of the assembly team working in the main building. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking individual to start and learn a new roll with the chance to progress onto a permanent position within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assembling both electrical and motorised parts.

* Working from drawings to re-work and assemble different parts.

* Using hand tools and light machinery to assemble components.

* Hitting targets with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality is met.

* Abiding by all health & safety regulations and ensuring your work station is kept clean and tidy to a 5S standard.

Job Requirements:

* Past experience within an assembly role.

* Previous use of hand tools.

* The successful person must be hard working and reliable.

* Safety Boots & Facemask to be worn on site at all times.

The working hours will be:

Monday – Thursday, 7.30am – 4.30pm

Friday, 7.30am – 1.30pm
