Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will have all the all of the usual accountabilities around leading and developing your team, driving customer experience, managing the numbers and identifying new opportunities to develop your part of the business. Your role will be broadly be comprised of two key functions:

– To ensure all your reports and their sites deliver a consistently high standard of Operations by ensuring they have the required resources to deliver the operational plan.
– To work with the investors, board of directors and local partners in the creation and delivery of the operational plan, to deliver a significant increase in estate (acquisitions & new openings), new revenue streams and cross functional efficiency.
This part of the Healthcare sector is entirely customer-centric. While the behavioural and experience-led requirements below are important, a high degree of emotional intelligence is essential. No experience of the sector is necessary, the senior management are particularly keen to hear from an existing Area Manager from the Healthcare sector provided they have the following skills:

– Highly developed communicator who can inspire their team to deliver key operational actions required.
– Proven multi-site field management experience and can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results, particularly around financial performance and people development.
– Excellent business management skills.
– Demonstrates a consistently high achievement drive.
– Seeks to ensure continuous improvement in the business.
– Applies a fundamental and integrated understanding of the client to shape business activities, add value to the service they receive and improve business performance.

My client is one of the UK’s largest providers in their sector and operate nationally.
Basic salary of up to £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance and bonus.
