As Area Manager – Retail (multi-site) reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing and controlling retail stores within a designated area through delivery of excellent customer service, maintaining high store standard levels and adhering to company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop their designated area and excel in retail management. With responsibility for recruitment of staff, training, quality and customer service you will be a people person with excellent communication skills.

With a confident and outgoing personality you will have the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels in the business. Key responsibilities for this Area Manager – Retail role covering multi-sites will be:

• To ensure store managers comply with company policies and procedures.
• To liaise with the L&D Manager on training plans and delivery.
• To regularly schedule and visit stores in line with the business demand.
• To provide support and assistance to store managers to ensure they meet their objectives.
